This refreshing Two-Ingredient Peach Slush is made with frozen peaches and chilled lemon-lime soda for a thick, icy summer drink that’s ready in minutes. Optional lemon juice and honey create a brighter, more balanced flavor.

Main Ingredients

  • 4 cups frozen peach slices
  • 1½ cups chilled lemon-lime soda (Sprite or 7UP)

Optional (Highly Recommended)

  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 12 tablespoons honey or simple syrup (depending on peach sweetness)

  • Fresh peach slices
  • Lemon slices
  • Fresh mint leaves

Instructions

Step 1

Place serving glasses in the freezer for 10 minutes.


Step 2

Add frozen peaches into a high-powered blender.


Step 3

Pour chilled lemon-lime soda over the peaches.

Add lemon juice and honey if desired.


Step 4

Blend on high speed for 45–60 seconds.

Stop once to scrape down the sides if needed.


Step 5

If the slush is too thick, add soda one tablespoon at a time.

If too thin, add more frozen peaches.

Blend again until smooth.


Step 6

Pour into chilled glasses.

Garnish with fresh peaches, lemon slices or mint.

Serve immediately.

Notes

For the best texture:

✔ Use peaches straight from the freezer.

✔ Chill the soda for several hours.

✔ Never use crushed ice because it dilutes the peach flavor.

✔ Freeze serving glasses for about 10 minutes before serving.

✔ Taste before serving. If your peaches aren’t naturally sweet, add honey and fresh lemon juice.

✔ This recipe is best enjoyed immediately after blending.
