This Two-Ingredient Mixed Berry Cobbler is an easy dessert with juicy mixed berries, buttery golden cake topping, and only two main ingredients plus butter for the perfect crust.

  • 2 (15 oz) cans mixed berry pie filling
  • 1 (15.25 oz) yellow cake mix

Recommended

  • ¾ cup unsalted butter, melted

Optional

 

  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 1 cup strawberries
  • ½ cup blueberries
  • ½ cup raspberries
  • 1 tbsp lemon zest

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  • Spread berry filling evenly.
  • Stir in vanilla and cinnamon if using.
  • Sprinkle dry cake mix evenly.
  • Do NOT mix.
  • Drizzle melted butter evenly.
  • Add fresh berries if desired.
  • Bake 40–45 minutes.
  • Rest 10–15 minutes.

 

  • Serve warm.
