These Two-Ingredient Fudge Pops are rich, creamy, and packed with chocolate flavor. Made with chocolate milk and instant pudding mix, they are an easy frozen dessert perfect for summer days, after-school snacks, or quick homemade treats.

  • Total Time: 10 minutes
  • Yield: 8 fudge pops

Ingredients

Scale

Main Ingredients
2 cups cold whole chocolate milk
1 package (3.4 oz) instant chocolate pudding mix

Optional
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons mini chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Pour the cold chocolate milk into a large mixing bowl.
  • Add the instant chocolate pudding mix.
  • Whisk for 2 minutes until smooth and slightly thickened.
  • Stir in vanilla extract and mini chocolate chips if using.
  • Let the mixture rest for 3 to 5 minutes.
  • Pour evenly into 8 popsicle molds, leaving ¼ inch space at the top.
  • Insert popsicle sticks.
  • Freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight.
  • Run warm water over the outside of the molds for 10 to 15 seconds.
  • Carefully remove the fudge pops and serve.

Notes

Use instant pudding mix only.
Whole chocolate milk produces the creamiest texture.
Avoid overfilling the molds because the mixture expands slightly.
Store frozen pops in freezer bags for up to 2 months.
