Rich, fudgy Two-Ingredient Brownie Cookies made with brownie mix and eggs. They are chewy, chocolatey, quick to bake, and perfect for easy desserts.

  • Total Time: 20 minutes
  • Yield: 18 cookies

Ingredients

– 1 box brownie mix, 18–19 oz

– 2 large eggs

Optional toppings:

– Chocolate chips

– Powdered sugar

– Sea salt flakes

– Chocolate drizzle

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F / 175°C.

2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

3. Add brownie mix and eggs to a large bowl.

4. Stir until a thick dough forms.

5. Scoop tablespoon-sized portions onto the baking sheet.

6. Leave about 2 inches between each cookie.

7. Bake for 8–10 minutes, until the tops look crackly and set.

8. Let cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes.

9. Transfer to a wire rack to cool fully.

10. Add optional toppings and serve.

Notes

For a better shiny crackly crust, the basic two-ingredient recipe works, but results may vary by brownie mix brand. For a glossier top, add 1 tablespoon melted butter, 1 tablespoon oil, or 2 tablespoons melted chocolate. These additions are optional, but they can improve the crust and texture.
