This Orange Pineapple Cream Dream is an easy no-bake dessert made with a buttery graham cracker crust, creamy orange cheesecake filling, sweet crushed pineapple, fluffy whipped topping, and fresh citrus. It’s refreshing, light, and perfect for holidays, potlucks, family gatherings, Easter, Mother’s Day, or summer parties.

Ingredients

Graham Cracker Crust

  • 2½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon fine sea salt
  • Optional: 1 tablespoon melted butter if needed

Orange Pineapple Filling

  • 16 ounces full-fat cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons fresh orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon freshly grated orange zest
  • 1 cup crushed pineapple, thoroughly drained
  • 2 cups whipped topping (or stabilized whipped cream)

Garnish

  • Whipped cream rosettes
  • Fresh orange slices
  • Pineapple tidbits
  • Toasted coconut flakes
  • White chocolate curls
  • Fresh mint leaves

Instructions

1. Prepare the crust

Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, salt and melted butter until evenly moistened.

Press firmly into a lightly greased 9×13-inch baking dish using the bottom of a measuring cup.

Refrigerate for 20 minutes.


2. Drain the pineapple

Drain crushed pineapple in a fine mesh strainer for at least 10 minutes.

Press gently using paper towels to remove excess moisture.


3. Beat the filling

Beat softened cream cheese for about 3 minutes until completely smooth.

Add:

  • powdered sugar
  • vanilla
  • orange juice
  • orange zest

Beat another 2 minutes.


4. Fold in pineapple

Fold in the drained pineapple gently using a silicone spatula.


5. Add whipped topping

Fold whipped topping carefully until light and fluffy.

Avoid overmixing.


6. Assemble

Spread filling evenly over chilled crust.

Smooth with an offset spatula.


7. Decorate

Decorate with

  • whipped cream
  • orange slices
  • pineapple
  • toasted coconut
  • white chocolate curls
  • mint

8. Chill

Cover and refrigerate at least

6 hours

Preferably overnight.

Slice with a warm knife.

 

Serve cold.

Notes

✔ Drain pineapple extremely well.

✔ Use room-temperature cream cheese.

✔ Fresh orange zest gives much better flavor than bottled extract.

✔ Chill overnight for cleaner slices.

✔ Press the crust firmly to avoid crumbling.

✔ Use full-fat cream cheese for the best texture.

✔ Store refrigerated.
