Ingredients
For the Crust
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted

Filling
- 16 oz (454 g) full-fat cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup orange marmalade

Instructions
Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, sugar and salt until evenly coated.
The texture should resemble wet sand.
Firmly press into the bottom of an 8-inch springform pan using the bottom of a measuring cup.
Refrigerate for 20 minutes.
2. Prepare the Filling
Beat softened cream cheese for about 3 minutes until completely smooth.
Add orange marmalade.
Mix until fully incorporated.
Fold in vanilla extract and orange zest if using.
Avoid overmixing.
3. Assemble
Spread the filling evenly over the chilled crust.
Smooth the top using an offset spatula.
Tap the pan gently on the counter to remove air bubbles.
4. Chill
Cover loosely with plastic wrap.
Refrigerate for at least 6 hours.
For best texture, refrigerate overnight.
5. Garnish & Serve
Decorate with whipped cream, orange slices, zest and white chocolate curls before slicing.
Serve chilled.
