Creamy no-bake banana pudding cups made with instant banana cream pudding, cold milk, and fresh banana slices. Perfect for parties, potlucks, and make-ahead desserts.

  • Total Time: 15 minutes
  • Yield: 2 hours 15 minutes

Ingredients

– 2 boxes instant banana cream pudding mix, 3.4 oz each

– 4 cups very cold whole milk

– 3 medium ripe but firm bananas, sliced

Optional toppings:

– Whipped cream

– Crushed vanilla wafers

– Extra banana slices

– White chocolate curls

Instructions

1. Set out 8 clear 8-ounce dessert cups.

2. Add the instant banana cream pudding mix and very cold milk to a large mixing bowl.

3. Whisk for 2 minutes, until smooth and thickened.

4. Let the pudding rest for 5 minutes so it can fully set.

5. Slice the bananas into even 1/4-inch rounds.

6. Add banana slices to the bottom and sides of each dessert cup.

7. Spoon in a layer of banana pudding.

8. Repeat the banana and pudding layers until the cups are filled.

9. Add optional whipped cream, crushed vanilla wafers, banana slices, or white chocolate curls.

10. Cover and chill for at least 2 hours. For best texture, chill 4 hours.

11. Serve cold.

Notes

Use very cold milk so the pudding thickens correctly. Use ripe but firm bananas, not overly soft bananas. Add fresh banana garnish right before serving to prevent browning. For a crunchy texture like the photo, add crushed vanilla wafers between layers or on top.
