Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce

  • 1 tsp cornstarch

  • 1 tsp sugar (or honey/maple syrup)

  • 1 tsp freshly grated ginger

  • 2 garlic cloves, minced

  • 1 tsp sesame oil

  • ½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, combine all the ingredients.

  • Whisk well until the sugar dissolves and the cornstarch is lump-free.

  • Taste and adjust spice or sweetness as needed.
