Instructions
- Rinse the rice and place it in the rice cooker.
- Add chicken broth, chicken pieces, onion, garlic, and mixed vegetables.
- Season with salt and pepper and stir well.
- Close the lid and start the cooking cycle.
- Once done, let it sit for 5 minutes before serving.
