1 serving cooked vegetables, eggs, or meat
(Optional) Olive oil, lemon juice, or apple cider vinegar for seasoning
Instructions
Cook your dish (vegetables, eggs, chicken, etc.) as usual.
When cooking is nearly complete, sprinkle a small pinch of pink salt directly over the hot food.
For salads or toast, apply pink salt after plating to preserve its texture.
