Instructions
- Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
- Whisk in flour to form a roux and cook for 1 minute.
- Slowly add milk, whisking continuously until thickened.
- Add cheese gradually, stirring until smooth.
- Season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce.
- Simmer for 2 minutes, stirring frequently.
- Remove from heat and let it cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Use fresh provolone for the best flavor.
- Adjust thickness by adding more milk if too thick.
- Store in the fridge for up to 1 week.
