Ingredients

– 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

– Juice of 1 fresh lemon

– 1 tsp grated fresh ginger

– 1 tbsp chia seeds

– 1 cup water (warm or room temperature)

– 1 tsp honey (optional)

– Pinch of cinnamon or cayenne (optional)

Instructions

1. Mix the apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, and ginger in a glass.  

2. Add chia seeds and stir well.  

3. Let it sit for 5–10 minutes until the chia forms a gel.  

4. Sweeten with honey if desired.
