Ingredients

  • 1 cup water or plant-based milk

  • 1 tsp Japanese green tea (sencha or matcha)

  • 1 tsp yuzu juice (or lemon juice)

  • 1 tsp honey or rice syrup

  • 1 slice fresh ginger

  • Optional: mint leaves, pinch of turmeric

Instructions

  • Warm water or milk gently — do not boil.

  • Add green tea and let steep for 2–3 minutes.

  • Stir in yuzu juice, honey, and ginger slice.

  • Optional: add mint or turmeric for extra benefits.

 

  • Strain into a mug and serve hot, or chill for iced version.

Notes

  • For iced version, steep tea stronger to keep flavor after cooling.
