Ingredients
1 cup water or plant-based milk
1 tsp Japanese green tea (sencha or matcha)
1 tsp yuzu juice (or lemon juice)
1 tsp honey or rice syrup
1 slice fresh ginger
Optional: mint leaves, pinch of turmeric
Instructions
Warm water or milk gently — do not boil.
Add green tea and let steep for 2–3 minutes.
Stir in yuzu juice, honey, and ginger slice.
Optional: add mint or turmeric for extra benefits.
Strain into a mug and serve hot, or chill for iced version.
Notes
For iced version, steep tea stronger to keep flavor after cooling.
Use rice syrup for vegan version.
Avoid boiling green tea to prevent bitterness.
