  • 4 slices salami
  • 4 slices pepperoni
  • 2 slices ham
  • 2 slices provolone cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/4 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup sliced red onions
  • 1/4 cup banana peppers
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp Italian dressing
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp oregano
  • 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

  • Place the salami, pepperoni, ham, and provolone cheese on a cutting board. Use a sharp knife to chop them into small pieces.
  • Add lettuce, tomatoes, onions, and banana peppers to the pile and chop everything together.
  • Transfer the chopped mixture to a bowl. Add mayonnaise, Italian dressing, olive oil, oregano, and red pepper flakes. Toss until evenly coated.
  • Slice the hoagie roll lengthwise and lightly toast it.
