- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 1 bag (10 oz) marshmallows
- 6 cups crispy rice cereal
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Brown the Butter: In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter and stir until it turns golden brown with a nutty aroma.
- Melt the Marshmallows: Add marshmallows to the browned butter and stir until fully melted.
- Mix Everything: Remove from heat and add salt and vanilla extract. Stir in rice cereal until well coated.
- Shape & Set: Press mixture into a greased baking dish and let cool for 30 minutes before slicing.

- Use fresh marshmallows for a gooey texture.
- Sprinkle sea salt on top for extra flavor.
