2 Amoroso rolls (or similar soft hoagie rolls)
2 slices White American cheese
2 slices Provolone cheese
2 tbsp Cheez Whiz (optional, for nostalgia)
1 small onion, grilled (optional)
Instructions
Heat skillet or griddle over medium-high heat.
Cook thinly sliced ribeye for 2 minutes per side.
Add onions if using, mix with steak.
Layer American and Provolone directly on hot steak. Cover briefly to melt.
Place meat and cheese mixture inside rolls.
Add Cheez Whiz drizzle if desired. Serve hot.
