  • 1 ½ cups self-rising flour

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8.5 x 4.5-inch loaf pan.
  • Mash bananas in a bowl until mostly smooth.
  • Whisk eggs into the mashed bananas. Stir in sugar until combined.
  • Gently fold in self-rising flour. Mix until no dry spots remain.
  • Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan.
  • Bake for 50-55 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  • Cool for 15 minutes in the pan, then transfer to a wire rack.
